Delivery Times

We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow:

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days
  • Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days
  • Express Delivery: 2-5 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. Larger furniture items may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We offer:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over £100
  • Competitive rates for all other orders

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable method

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used bedding and pillows
  • Personal care items
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective): We cover return shipping
  • Returns for other reasons: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
