Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at homewardboundecor@outlook.com
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:
1. Contact us at homewardboundecor@outlook.com within 48 hours of expected delivery
2. Provide your order number and tracking information
3. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
For lost packages, we will file a claim with the carrier and either send a replacement or issue a refund once the claim is approved.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders outside the UK and EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the customer's responsibility.

2. Contact your local post office or delivery service

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
